Rheanna Burnham, DMD
Dr. Rheanna Burnham was born and raised in Moscow, Idaho. She attended the University of Idaho and studied abroad in Costa Rica through the university’s study abroad program. She later received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of the Pacific and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. She is an active member in the field of dentistry and has had the opportunity to serve those in need in the community, as well as abroad with several dental mission trips. When she is not in the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children. Her caring approach, gentle touch and commitment to patient education and advancement will ensure that you and your family feel comfortable and at ease.

Scott Lake, DDS
Dr. Scott Lake was born and raised in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. After attending undergraduate studies at University of Idaho and dental school at Creighton University, he returned home to the Inland Northwest and has been improving smiles since 2009. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is passionate about learning and implementing the latest technology and treatments. He excels in providing efficient, quality work while also educating his patients on their options and procedures. He and his wife, Misty Lake, have two young children, Keali and Eli. He loves the outdoors and enjoys scuba diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, biking and golf.

Stephen Gloudeman, DDS
Dr Gloudeman completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to pursue a career in dentistry at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Illinois where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
As a board certified Dentist, Dr Gloudeman prides himself on providing quality, compassionate care through education and communication and on building lasting relationships to improve each patient’s health and smile. When he is not in the office, he enjoys cooking, weightlifting, soccer, volleyball, snowboarding, golf, and spending time outdoors.

Wade Dinse, DDS
Dr. Wade Dinse graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Attending The Ohio State University College of Dentistry to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, he was the recipient of the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship. Upon graduation, Dr. Dinse proudly served in the US Air Force for four years during which time he completed a residency at WPAFB hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Here he received training in several dental specialties including intravenous sedation, wisdom tooth removal and more. Dr. Dinse strives to provide his patients with excellent care with maximum comfort and understanding. A family man, he is happiest when spending time with his wife and two children, and enjoys being in the garage working on his cars whenever possible.

Nora Svihl, DMD
Dr. Nora Svihl was awarded a full undergraduate scholarship and earned her degree in Biology with Honors at UNLV in 2003 then graduated from their dental program in 2007. She did her residency in hospital dentistry at UCLA thereafter and was a professor at UCLA’s Graduate Maxillofacial Prosthodontics while owning her private practice until moving to North Idaho.

Dr. Svihl also ran a non-profit organization in conjunction with her local church to provide free dental care to those in recovery. She traveled to South America four times with medical and dental professionals at UCLA to provide care as well as to Central America and Ethiopia, as well as providing charitable dentistry for disabled veterans and migrant communities here in Idaho.

Dr. Svihl has attended over 6,000 hours of advanced post-graduate education at institutions such as Spear, the Seattle Study Club and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is a recognized fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Svihl will soon be awarded her Mastership award, a distinction given to less than 1% of dentists nationwide. She strives to deliver compassionate, quality dentistry that combines the best of cutting-edge evidence based research and technology, naturopathic medicine, nutrition and a healthy airway to create beautiful, long-lasting smiles.

Using dental photography and a conservative approach, Dr. Svihl is passionate about the art and science of dentistry and looks forward to providing the best care possible for patients. She is married and loves studying the Bible in her free time.
